Welcome to S.N.A.C.

Based in the corner of the Wash, near Boston, SNAC is in a quiet location away from the main roads and is situated just outside HMP North Sea Camp. 

SNAC aims to provide quality accommodation at very reasonable rates for guests and their accompanying carers.  This can be tailored to meet your specific requirements for both long and short term stays.  Additional voluntary help is available if required.

Knight-Clelland House offers excellent accommodation with four twin-bedded rooms and two rooms with bunk beds plus a single bed.

Each of these rooms has ensuite facilities.  The two ground floor rooms have wheelchair access to ensuite facilities.

A television room with video and DVD player, together with an assortment of videos and DVDs, and an additional sitting room provide quiet areas on the ground floor.  Reveley House next door provides a games room, disco room and two dining rooms.

Above these facilities are a further four twin bedded rooms and two single rooms.  These have access to two bathrooms with toilet facilities.

All rooms are spacious with ample storage space.  All bed linen and towels are provided. 

Full self-catering facilities are available.  However, Chris, the site-manageress, is happy to cook some of your meals by arrangement.

Menus are available on request.

Local public houses welcome our guests and serve excellent meals at sensible prices.

Some games and activities are available at our centre for general use.  These include skittles, snooker, boules and a mini golf course.  On site there is ample space for football and cycling.

A tandem and four bicycles are provided together with cycle helmets.  A variety of board games and jigsaws are available for use together with a Playstation.

We have various garden games also to hand as well as a large secure garden with a quiet area and brick built barbecue.

There are many attractions within travelling distance.  Skegness is the nearest seaside resort.  Horse riding stables are located in Boston and are well used by many guests who visit SNAC.

A very important point to note regarding the Geoff Moulder leisure pool is that it must be pre-booked well in advance of your visit.  It is an excellent training swimming pool.

Unfortunately pets are not permitted and we run a no-smoking policy.
